ABOUT DALLIS
Hi, I’m Dallis Luna.
I specialize in supporting individuals, mothers, and couples navigating overwhelm, uncertainty, disconnection, and change. I am especially passionate about helping parents and partners through the emotional and relational shifts that can happen during pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, and other major transitions.
Together, we work to strengthen communication, process painful experiences, rebuild trust and emotional connection, and create relationships that feel more grounding, secure, and sustainable.
You deserve relationships that feel connected, supportive, and emotionally safe, especially during phases of life that feel uncertain, overwhelming, or lonely. Yet many people find themselves struggling to stay connected to themselves or the people they love while navigating parenting stress, relationship challenges, infertility, financial pressure, grief, trauma, caregiving, or major life transitions.
Sometimes it can feel as though you and your partner are living parallel lives, longing for closeness while struggling to find your way back to one another. Some clients come to therapy longing for connection, grieving relationships that did not work, or trying to understand why the same patterns keep repeating in love.
I have a special interest in supporting clients navigating motherhood, parenting stress, relationship challenges, infertility, prolonged uncertainty, separation and reunification, justice-system impacted relationships, and the emotional experience of feeling disconnected from yourself or someone you love.
I bring a unique understanding of how prolonged stress, separation, and systems outside our control can shape our emotional wellbeing and relationships.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and I have been practicing independently since 2016. I bring nearly a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most difficult and transformative phases of life.
I am fully licensed in Canada and currently pursuing full licensure in Illinois. My approach is warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and thoughtfully direct. I believe we do not heal in isolation. We heal in relationships, and I would be honored to support you in finding your way forward.
