“I don’t even care anymore.”
“What was any of it for?”
“None of it matters.”
“I don’t even care anymore.”
These are the phrases I hear from clients when they’ve reached a tipping point. Prior to this moment, they were able to tolerate the people, places and circumstances of their lives which have now become completely intolerable.
They feel confused and lost.
They’ve worked diligently to create a life that has all the ingredients for happiness and success—a partner, a home, a child, a dog, a career, a car—yet they can’t shake the feeling of being utterly miserable.

A guide to reclaiming your power during a personal and collective 'tower moment’
When we fully align with our true authentic and expansive self we no longer fit in the systems and structures designed to keep us small, disconnected and isolated. We become expansive, magnetic and deeply connected to our personal and collective power.
I believe we all have a purpose and that purpose isn’t a job, a title or a role. Our purpose is to live fully in alignment with our authenticity and truth. In doing so we begin to take up space, become visible and challenge the status quo.

“I’ve Tried Everything, Nothing has worked,” Amy’s Story
When Amy came to me for an initial assessment, the first thing she shared was that she had been in therapy several times and never found any lasting relief. The therapists were “fine” but it never really “clicked,” and “maybe, it just wasn’t a good fit.” She expressed fear and frustration that “I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked.” “I’m not sure anyone can help me but I have to try.” I immediately got the sense that Amy wanted to give up but something inside of her knew giving up wasn’t an option.
