Hi, I’m Dallis

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and parents who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the people I work with describe feeling as though they are living parallel lives in their relationships, longing for closeness but unsure how to find their way back to one another. Others are navigating motherhood, parenting stress, infertility, grief, trauma, caregiving, financial pressure, or major life transitions that leave them feeling emotionally exhausted or alone.

I also have a special interest in supporting clients navigating prolonged uncertainty, separation and reunification, justice-system impacted relationships, and the emotional experience of feeling disconnected from yourself or someone you love.

My work focuses on helping people understand relational patterns, process painful experiences, and rebuild emotional connection in ways that feel secure, grounded, and sustainable. I bring nearly a decade of independent clinical experience and an approach that is warm, compassionate, and thoughtfully direct.

We do not heal in isolation. We heal in relationships.
