Frequently asked questions.
How long are sessions & How often will we meet?
Therapy Sessions are 50 minutes with the option to schedule a longer session on an as needed basis.
The frequency of sessions is dependent on your unique needs and goals. Typically, I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions for individuals who are experiencing more significant symptoms or want to make quick progress towards their treatment goals.
Monthly sessions work best for clients who are needing a refresher or a check-in to maintain their progress.
